7. Disclosure of information under the EU taxonomy

In June 2020, the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union passed the Taxonomy Regulation, establishing, for the first time, a common classification system for environmentally sustainable economic activities.

9. Human rights

Human rights are a concern for all stakeholders of Banca March and its subsidiaries. In line with its corporate culture, the Bank undertakes to respect human rights within the sphere of its activity, but also to promote such rights and to prevent, or otherwise minimise, any breach or abuse that may be directly caused by its activities.
