The Executive Deputy Chairman of Banca March, Rita Rodríguez Arrojo, has served on the bank's Board of Directors since July 2016. Prior to her appointment, she served as Managing Director of HR and Intangibles (Brand, Quality and External Communication).

She is an ICADE graduate having studied the E3 Programme (degree in Law and Business and Economics. Business Section), and completed the PMD (Program for Management Development) at Harvard University.

Rita Rodríguez Arrojo started her professional career at Bankinter and served on the bank's Management Committee.

Her other duties include leading the digital transformation process at Banca March to prepare the bank for the challenges posed by technology, regulations and new competitors “all the while holding fast to our unique, 100-year-old business philosophy and safeguarding our specialist, low-risk business model; a model which is supported by liquidity and capital ratios".
