What should i do if my Home Banking Card has been blocked?

To unblock your card please call our Telephone Banking Service on (+34) 971 779 111, or on (+34) 971779111 if you are not in Spain. Working hours are: Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. If, for whatever reason, you cannot unblock your card through this channel, you will have to do so at one of our branches.

Who can lodge a complaint and for which reasons?

A complaint can be lodged by any private or legal person that is a customer of our bank. The reasons behind the complaint must be related to issues affecting your interests and rights, which are duly acknowledged in the agreement you have signed at the bank, in the regulations on transparency and customer protection or in the good banking practices.

I do not remenber my password to Access the Home Banking Service

If you do not know the right password for your Home Banking Card, for security reasons you will have to visit your Banca March branch with a valid ID. Afterwards, a new password will be issued for you.

Who decides on fees and expenses charged by credit institutions? Is there a máximum limit?

Credit institutions are free to raise the banking fees and expenses that are charged to customers for services delivered or any resulting costs. Beyond this condition, there is no maximum limit in the amount charged unless it were expressly established by a legal provision.

How i can change my contact details?

Through your Home Banking application you can update or add your telephone number and e-mail address. To do so, please go to "My profile" / "Contact details"

If you do not have access to the Home Banking Service, please visit your Banca March branch and we will update your data.
