Banca March adds all of its professionals to an insurance policy for hospitalisation and post-hospitalisation due to COVID-19

  • Free insurance for all its beneficiaries.
  • The insurance provides for double compensation: a fixed amount and a variable amount, depending on the days in hospital.

Banca March is going a step further to protect its employees' health and is taking out, through the Group's insurance brokerage March Risk Solutions (March R.S.), an insurance policy for hospitalisation and post-hospitalisation due to COVID-19 for all its professionals. All other companies in the Banca March Group (March Vida, March Asset Management, March Risk Solutions and Inversis) have also underwritten this insurance for their employees.

  Banca March will be the insurance policyholder and assumes the cost of the premium, with all Banca March professionals as beneficiaries. Any employees with a positive diagnosis and hospitalisation because of COVID-19 will be compensated during their hospitalisation and post-hospitalisation.


March Risk Solutions (March R.S.), a global brokerage service provider fully owned by Banca March, is making available to its customers an insurance policy for hospitalisation and post-hospitalisation by COVID-19. This insurance has been designed for companies, regardless of their economic activity, that want to go a step further to protect their employees' health.


Our main concern during the health crisis created by the coronavirus has been to take the necessary measures to preserve the health of our professionals, both in Spain and Luxembourg, as well as that of our customers, maintaining and ensuring business continuity.

The teleworking measures have been implemented across all areas, both in central services and in the branch network, so that almost all professionals have the necessary means to work from home. We have strengthened our digital tools and doubled our efforts to remain very close to our customers, strengthening communication with them and offering full accessibility to our managers and market experts.

One of the key priorities of Banca March is to protect the assets of its customers. That is why our model, which seeks to achieve long-term results, materialises in prudent advice, from the most conservative to the most determined portfolios, while serving as a buffer against levels of volatility that have not been achieved since 1929.
