In accordance with the established in article 32 of Law 10/2014, dated 26^th June, on the regulation, supervision and solvency of credit institutions, Banca March has defined an identified group, whose composition is revised yearly by the Board of Directors, upon the proposal of the Remuneration Committee, by taking into account the criteria established in the Delegated Regulations (UE) 604/2014 of the Commission, of 4^th March 2014.
