Aesthetic damage

€2,400 for aesthetically restoring the structure in case of a claim.

Civil liability

€300,000 of civil liability as the owner of the property for damages to third parties.

Water damage

100% coverage for detection and repair and €1,000 for repair costs without damages to third parties.

Other risks covered

Up to €300 per change of lock in case of theft, lost keys or malfunction, electrical damage, with replacement value cover up to the 7th year and 10% compensation for theft from annexes to the property.
