Frequently asked questions
I don't remember my password for the Online Banking service
If you do not know the correct password linked to your Online Banking card, for security reasons please visit your usual branch and identify yourself. You will then be issued a new password immediately.
What should I do if I block my Online Banking card?
To unblock it please call our Telephone Banking service on (+34) 971 779 111. Telephone customer service opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you cannot unblock your card through the telephone channel, you will have to visit one of our branches and request it.
What should I do if my Online Banking card is stolen/lost?
In order for us to block your Online Banking card and thus prevent any fraudulent use, you must report its theft/loss at your usual branch or by contacting the Telephone Banking service on (+34) 971 779 111. Telephone customer service opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
If the theft/loss has occurred outside customer service working hours, you can proceed to block it yourself through your Online Banking by entering the wrong password 3 times.
How can I change my contact details?
Through your Online Banking you can update or add your contact telephone number and email. To do this you must access the "My profile" / "My contact details" section.
If you do not have Online Banking, you can go in person to your usual Banca March office where they will update your personal information.
