March R.S. and Grupo Atisa design a service to help companies cut costs and restructure with a focus on employee wellbeing

New joint service to support companies.
March Risk Solutions (March R.S.), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Banca March and the leading Spanish-owned specialist insurance broker, has completed an agreement with Grupo Atisa, a leading specialist in consultancy and outsourcing of back office, financial and legal processes, to join forces and help companies in difficulties to implement workforce restructuring and cost reduction plans once the current furlough (ERTE) schemes are wound up.
A substantial number of companies in Spain currently have furlough (ERTE) schemes in place, and the final extension to these measures by the government is set to end imminently. Once this support comes to an end, many of these companies are expected to roll out measures to adapt to new market trends and future-proof their businesses by implementing restructuring and cost cutting initiatives.
With a view to helping companies implement these measures as effectively as possible, March R.S. and Grupo Atisa have pooled their extensive experience in design, insurance and technical and legal support to offer a new service allowing these companies to streamline effectively through early retirement initiatives, redundancy plans and voluntary redundancy programmes.
Both March RS and Grupo Atisa agree that ensuring close engagement with and support for outgoing employees helps the company to achieve its goals, mitigating the risk of conflict and protecting the company's reputation and image. Based on that premise, this new solution has been designed with a focus on looking after employees, who receive tailored advice and administrative management of all processes through to the point of retirement.
The two firms offer consultancy services, comprehensive management services, insurance policies and employee support to ensure that companies are able to implement these transformation processes successfully.
