• With this operation, the specialist insurance broker of the Banca March group consolidates itself as one of the main agents in the Logistics and Transport sector.

March Risk Solutions (March R.S.), the wholly owned subsidiary of Banca March and the leading Spanish-owned specialist insurance broker, acquired the insurance brokerage Llerandi Consultores. The operation, already approved by the Directorate General for Insurance, consolidates MARCH R.S.'s commitment to specialisation through the incorporation of one of the leading brokers in the Logistics and Transport sector, which has a team of professionals with an extensive background and specialisation in the sector.

Llerandi Consultores, founded in 1984 is a prestigious broker specialising in the intermediation of insurance and risk management for logistics operators, shipping agents and transport agencies, loaders, manufacturers and distributors, as well as other companies owning vehicle fleets. The broker, which works with the main national international insurers of the Spanish market, has a professional team of 23 people.

After the incorporation, MARCH R.S., the leading brokerage firm with only Spanish capital, has consolidated itself as one of the leading specialist brokers on the market, thus reinforcing the continued growth trend that it has been experiencing over the last few years, to reach more than €250 million in intermediated premiums.
