The renewal of this certification is part of the Digital Transformation process underway at Banca March, which has developed tools for customers and managers that allow it to offer a cutting-edge omni-channel advisory experience. Banca March has successfully renewed its international ISO 22301 certification, issued by AENOR, following a rigorous auditing process between 11 and 15 March. ISO 22301, one of the strictest international standards, certifies that Banca March has a management system in place that will guarantee business continuity and ensure uninterrupted services to customers in the event of a severe incident, technology-related or otherwise. The audit process was particularly demanding, as the 3-year cycle since the certification was first obtained had been completed. AENOR has certified that Banca March is prepared to resume business as usual in the shortest time possible, guaranteeing continuity of service to customers and employees in the event of operational disruptions of any nature, including cyberattacks, system disruptions, climate events, fires, supplier shortages and possible future pandemics. Leaders in omni-channel advisory technology The renewal of this certification, which evidences the bank’s commitment to operational resilience, is part of the digital transformation process underway at Banca March, which has developed a range of tools for both customers and managers to allow it to offer a state-of-the-art omnichannel advisory experience.
