Pride of belonging and long-term commitment

This year’s survey results reflect a notable consolidation in the assessment given by Banca March professionals. Among the most notable indicators: 91% of employees say they feel proud when they see the company’s achievements and 89% say they feel proud to work at Banca March. This strong sense of belonging translates into long-term commitment: 88% of the workforce say they want to work at the Institution for a long time. 

Ethical leadership and a unique management model

Banca March’s leadership model is reaffirmed as a pillar of its corporate culture. In fact, among the questions receiving the highest scores in the questionnaire are the honest and ethical management of the business, the competence of managers as a faithful reflection of the company’s values, and the confidence inspired by the management committee.

The audit carried out by the GPTW® consultancy concludes that “Banca March’s corporate culture becomes a genuine competitive advantage that drives business results”. This statement is supported by the professionals’ own perception of the quality of the service they provide: 89% believe that the Institution’s clients would rate the service received from Banca March as excellent.

Recognitions that endorse Banca March’s model

Other highly valued aspects are fairness and the welcome received. 93% of the workforce say they are treated fairly regardless of gender or the position they hold, and 91% highlight the excellent welcome given to new professionals joining the company.

This new certification adds to the solid and consistent ecosystem of recognitions obtained by Banca March in the field of people management. The Institution has been certified as a Top Employer for eight consecutive years, has been included five times in the Best Workplaces Spain ranking and four times in the Best Workplaces Europe ranking, published by Great Place to Work®, and has appeared for four consecutive years on the podium of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain according to the magazine Actualidad Económica.
