According to the survey by Great Place to Work®, 9 out of 10 Banca March professionals say they feel proud to work for the bank. The highest-scoring categories by the bank's employees were the sense pride of belonging and in their achievements, motivation, the welcome given to new employees, management by superiors and the positive work environment. In addition to this milestone, Banca March was also recognised in 2024 as a Great Place to Work® for the fifth year running and by Top Employers for the sixth year running. Banca March improved on last year's results, ranking as the second best workplace in Spain, and is the only bank among the best places to work with 1,000 or more employees for the fourth year running, according to the Best Workplaces ranking compiled by the independent consultant Great Place to Work®. This is further endorsement for the unique business model at Banca March, the most solvent bank in the Spanish financial system, which is underpinned by sector-leading solvency, responsible advice, a solid reputation, quality service, advisory technology and people management. This continued endorsement is evidenced by the anonymous surveys conducted by Great Place to Work®, which show that 9 out of 10 Banca March employees are proud to work for the bank. Another area in which the bank outperformed again this year is the excellent workplace culture; 90% of professionals said they felt motivated to participate in the bank's achievements, 92% said they felt welcomed when they joined the bank, and 90% gave a very positive score for their management by superiors, who they regard as honest and ethical. This scores reflected an improvement on the results obtained in the previous year's surveys. Finally, 9 out of 10 employees say Banca March is a friendly place to work. The results also revealed a corporate climate of respect for people and for the Banca March business project. Being positioned as the second best place to work in Spain in the 1,000+ employees category of the Best Workplaces ranking demonstrates the successful implementation of the bank's Strategic Plan for Human Resources in recent years, with a view to improving professional development and generating a high-performance corporate culture.
