Banca March and the Canary Islands Confederation of Employers (CCE) strengthen their alliance to boost the archipelago's business fabric 14 July 2026 Category: Agreements The agreement renews both organisations’ commitment to providing companies and self-employed professionals on the islands with high value-added, tailored financial solutions. The alliance also implies the holding of training events of interest to members on financial topics, as well as the organisation of specific sessions for SMEs and the self-employed. Through this agreement, Banca March continues to offer Canarian business owners its expertise in advising companies, family businesses and business-owning families, providing tailored financing instruments and access to the full range of innovative, profitable products that characterise the bank’s specialised offerings. Banca March and the Canary Islands Confederation of Employers (CCE) are strengthening their strategic partnership by renewing, for a further year, the agreement between the two organisations, through which Banca March offers businesses, the self-employed and family-run businesses in the Canary Islands access to finance tailored to their needs, as well as investment and wealth management products offering high added value. The agreement, which reinforces Banca March’s support for the Canary Islands’ business community, also provides for the development of relevant training initiatives on financial matters for the Confederation’s members, as well as the organisation of specific seminars for SMEs and the self-employed aimed at optimising the financial and operational management of local businesses. As a result, the parties will continue to strengthen the capabilities of the entrepreneurs that form part of the CCE. The agreement was signed by Pedro Ortega, President of the CCE, and Jaime González, Banca March's Director for the Canary Islands. Similarly, also present were José Cristóbal García, Executive Vice-President of the CCE, and Pablo Adal Fleitas, Director of Banca March’s Business Centre in Las Palmas.
