Banca March secures Top Employer certification for the sixth year running

The programme of the Top Employers Institute, a global authority for certifying excellence in the conditions organisations offer their employees, analyses 6 people domains - divided into 20 different topics - such as people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, well-being or diversity and inclusion, and so on. The programme has certified and recognised 2,300 Top Employers in 121 countries/regions on five continents.
