Banca March renews its AENOR ISO 22301 certification, guaranteeing business continuity in the event of any risk or incident

Banca March has successfully renewed its international ISO 22031 certification issued by AENOR following a rigorous auditing process on the 6th and 7th of March. ISO 22301, which is one of the strictest international standards, certifies that the company has a management system in place that will guarantee business continuity and ensure uninterrupted services to customers in the event of a severe incident, technology-related or otherwise.
The renewal of this certification, which evidences the bank's commitment to operational resilience, is part of the digital transformation process underway at Banca March, which has developed a range of tools for both customers and managers which ensure a state-of-the-art omnichannel advisory experience, positioning it as a leader in advisory technology.
Stepping up cybersecurity
As a result of digitalisation, companies are facing an increasing number of cyberattacks. AENOR has verified that, in accordance with the international ISO 22301 standard, Banca March complies with all the protocols, systems and procedures in place to ensure that it can continue to offer its services in the event of a cyberattack or severe threat of a digital nature.
Aenor has also certified that Banca March is prepared to resume business as usual in the shortest time possible, guaranteeing continuity of service to customers and employees in the event of risks of any nature, including heavy snow, fires, supplier shortages and possible future pandemics.
