Banca March recognised as a Great Place to Work for the sixth year running based on its team's opinions 21 February 2025 Category: General Following an audit and a survey of the bank’s employees, the independent consultancy highlighted Banca March's corporate culture as one of its key competitive advantages. 91% of the Banca March team said they were proud to work for the bank, 92% were proud of the bank’s achievements and 94% said that Banca March delivers the highest possible levels of customer service. The certification awarded by independent consultancy Great Place To Work®, a leader in identifying and certifying excellent workplaces, is a great endorsement of a business model based on sector-leading solvency, responsible advice, a solid reputation, service quality, advisory technology and people management, with the best-trained professionals in the sector. This milestone comes in addition to a series of other certifications garnered by Banca March in people management: in 2024, Banca March was recognised as the second best place to work in Spain according to the Best Workplaces ranking, and was the top Spanish company and the only Spanish bank to feature in the Great Place to Work® European ranking. This year, the bank also secured Top Employer certification for the seventh year running. Banca March has been certified, for the sixth year running, as a Great Place To Work®, one of the most prestigious recognitions in people management and business strategy in Spain and worldwide. The independent consultancy firm highlighted Banca March's corporate culture as one of its key competitive advantages, along with the sense of pride in belonging expressed by its team. To compile its rankings, Great Place To Work® assesses the people management practices and policies in place at a company based on a rigorous audit and the results of an employee survey. According to this survey, 91% of Banca March employees are proud to work for the bank, 92% are proud of the bank’s achievements and 94% say that Banca March delivers the highest possible levels of customer service. The survey by Great Place To Work® also revealed that 90% of Banca March professionals feel that Banca March customers would rate the service they receive from the bank as excellent. The same percentage of employees said they had been treated well irrespective of their position, and that they were offered a warm welcome when they joined the bank. In addition, 91% of the team said the bank’s management runs the business honestly and ethically.
