Banca March, which boasts the strongest solvency levels in the Spanish financial sector, was included in the ranking in the large companies category, for companies with over 500 employees.

For the second year running, Banca March is the only Spanish bank to feature among the best places to work in Europe, according to the ranking compiled by Great Place to Work®, one of the world's most prestigious consultants in the field of talent and people management. Banca March, which boasts the strongest solvency levels in the Spanish financial sector, was included in the ranking in the large companies category, for companies with over 500 employees.

According to the Great Place to Work® survey, 9 out of 10 employees say they feel proud of their achievements as Banca March professionals and say they wish to continue working at the bank.

The Great Place to Work® ranking is compiled based on anonymous surveys answered by 1.4 million employees from more than 3,000 companies in 37 European countries. These surveys evaluate levels of trust and innovation, company values and employee leadership.
Securing a spot in the European ranking for the second year running is a further addition to the series of recognitions obtained by Banca March in the field of people management. In April this year, Banca March was positioned as the fifth best place to work in Spain, according to the Best Workplaces ranking by Great Place To Work®. The bank was also certified as a Great Place to Work by the consultancy for the third year running in 2022, and secured Top Employer certification for the fourth consecutive year.
