• This is another milestone in addition to those achieved by Banca March in 2023, when the bank was recognised as the fifth best company to work for in Spain and the only Spanish bank among the best companies to work for in Spain and Europe, according to the prestigious Best Workplaces ranking. The same study conducted by Great Place To Work shows that 92% of professionals say they feel welcome when they join the bank, 90% consider that their superiors run the business in an honest and ethical manner and 87% say they want to work at Banca March for a long time. Finally, 9 out of 10 employees say that Banca March is a friendly place to work.

This accolade, one of the most prestigious at international level, endorses a unique, non-replicable business model based on leadership in solvency, responsible advice, reputational strength, quality of service, advisory technology and people management, with the best trained professionals in the sector. 

Obtaining the Great Place To Work certification adds to the other recent milestones achieved by Banca March in the area of people management. In 2023, Banca March was acknowledged as the fifth best company to work for in Spain and, in the last three years, as the only Spanish bank among the best companies to work for in Spain and Europe, according to the prestigious Best Workplaces ranking. At the beginning of the year, Banca March also secured Top Employer certification for the sixth year running.

The certification awarded by Great Place To Work, a consulting firm with over 30 years of experience in assessing companies around the world to identify, create and maintain a culture of high trust and high performance, requires companies to meet high standards of excellence in the development and management of people, with a homogenous model for the more than 15,000 companies it analyses in nearly 90 countries on six continents.
