• The consulting firm Great Place To Work® has announced the results of the 23rd edition of the Best Workplaces Spain Ranking for 2025, with Banca March coming in second as the only bank in the Ranking.
• This year, Banca March was also awarded the Better for Business Special Award in recognition of the way it manages its business and its people and for the inspiring leadership by the bank's management.
• For the fifth year running, Banca March, originally founded in the Balearic Islands, has been included in the ranking of the Best Workplaces in Spain, one of the most prestigious rankings worldwide, in a clear endorsement of its management model.
• Following a survey of the bank’s employees, the independent consultancy Great Place To Work® highlighted Banca March's corporate culture as one of its key competitive advantages.
• 91% of the Banca March team said they were proud to work for the bank, 92% were proud of the bank’s achievements and 94% said that Banca March delivers the highest possible levels of customer service.
• Taking second place in the Best Workplaces Spain 2025 Ranking and winning the Better for Business Special Award is a great endorsement of a business model based on sector-leading solvency, responsible advice, a solid reputation, service quality, advisory technology and people management, with the best-trained professionals in the sector.

The survey by Great Place To Work® also found that 90% of the bank's professionals believe that Banca March customers would rate the service they receive from the bank as excellent. The same percentage of professionals say they are treated well, regardless of the position held, and that new team members are made to feel welcome. In addition, 91% of employees believe that the management runs the business honestly and ethically.

The independent consultancy identifies the best companies in each country and draws up rankings of these companies on an annual basis. Banca March has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the last six years, and for the last five it has featured in the Best Workplaces Spain Ranking.

These milestones are the latest in a series of achievements in recent years: Banca March has been the only Spanish bank in the Best Workplaces Europe Ranking for four years, a Top Employer for seven years running and has featured in the top three of the “100 best places to work in Spain” ranking by Actualidad Económica for the last three years.
