Banca March has renewed its 50/50 combined 12-month deposits with Discretionary Portfolio Management, funds-SICAVs and Unit Linked funds for savers seeking to diversify their investments and secure a better return on their savings.
The 50/50 Combined Deposit with DPM allows savers to invest 50% in a term deposit at 3.30% AER and the remaining 50% in a fixed income DPM mandate managed by Banca March's experts. This product's appeal is two-fold. Firstly, it offers attractive guaranteed interest on the 12-month deposit component, and secondly, in the short and medium term, the fixed-income portfolio offers additional returns with the tax advantages and flexibility of investment funds. The amount invested in the deposit component must be equal to the amount invested under discretionary management. The minimum total investment (deposit + DPM) is therefore 50,000 euros, 100,000 euros or 200,000 euros, depending on the client profile in question.
The 50/50 Combined Deposit with funds or SICAVs invests 50% in a term deposit at an AER of 3.30% and the other 50% in a broad range of risk-profiled funds or Institutional SICAVs. In this case, the minimum commitment is 6,000 euros: a 3,000 euro deposit and the same amount in the fund or the SICAV.
The Combined Deposit with Unit Linked combines a 50% investment in a term deposit at 3.10% and the other 50% in March Vida Multiestructura Unit Linked. The minimum total commitment is 12,000 euros: 6,000 euros in each of the products.
The three deposits have a term of 12 months, do not allow early withdrawals and cannot be renewed at maturity. The products can be taken out at Banca March branches until 30 April or until the maximum volume of 50 million euros is reached.
