Banca March launches March Renta Fija 2025 III with an estimated net annual return of 2.70%

Banca March has launched March Renta Fija 2025 III, F.I. through its asset management business March Asset Management (AM). The investment fund is aimed at investors with a moderate risk profile who want to invest over a medium-term horizon with the goal of preserving capital and generating returns which are consistent with the assets in which the fund invests.
March Renta Fija 2025 III, F.I. offers an estimated non-guaranteed net AER of 2.70% and 100% of the portfolio is invested in government and/or corporate fixed income assets, primarily in OECD markets with up to 15% exposure to emerging markets.
Investors can take positions in the fund until 6 May 2024 and the maturity date is set for the beginning of July 2025. The minimum investment is €1,000 and the fund offers daily liquidity as well as two liquidity windows with no redemption fees.
