Banca March launches March Pagarés F.I., the first thematic fixed income UCIT fund with a minimum investment in commercial paper

Banca March, through its asset manager March Asset Management (AM), has launched March Pagarés F.I., the first thematic fixed income UCIT fund with a minimum investment commitment to commercial paper. The average duration of the portfolio will be equal to or less than one year and 30% of the assets comprising the portfolio will have a maturity of less than 3 months.
Aimed at conservative clients seeking to preserve capital and secure a compelling return with daily liquidity, March Pagarés F.I. has a minimum exposure to commercial paper of 50% of assets under management. In keeping with the Banca March Group's philosophy of sustainability, March Pagarés F.I. promotes environmental and social objectives, in accordance with Article 8 of the SFDR.
This launch has positioned March AM, a boutique asset manager specialising in thematic funds, as a pioneer in thematic fixed income UCIT fund management. This new thematic fund affords clients a unique opportunity for clients to invest in a diversified, liquid portfolio of commercial paper which would otherwise be difficult to access as retail investors, as the minimum denomination of the notes is €100,000.
