In the latest survey, Banca March was also the best-rated bank for strength and solvency, branch satisfaction and personalised service. Banca March also took the top spot in the section for incident resolution and came in second in satisfaction with the bank, satisfaction with managers, online banking, telephone banking, ATMs, social commitment and customer information. These results position Banca March among the top three banks for all of the main attributes measured in the satisfaction survey among Spanish banking customers, which shows the strong satisfaction levels among Banca March customers with the quality of its customer service and the broad, omnichannel range of technologies available to bank customers. Banca March has cemented its position as the bank that generates the strongest trust levels among its customers, with a score of 8.59 out of 10, more than a percentage point higher than the sector average of 7.26, according to the Financial Sector Customer Satisfaction Benchmarking by independent consultant Stiga CX for 2024. This year, Banca March was also the best-rated bank again for strength and solvency with a score of 9.01, a point higher than the sector average; in branch satisfaction, with a score of 9.1 versus a sector average of 7.97; and in personalised service, with 8.02, two full points higher than the sector average. For the first time in 2024, Banca March was the top-ranked bank in the section on incident resolution, with a score of 5.74 versus a Spanish sector average of 4.73, and came a very close second in second in satisfaction with the bank, satisfaction with managers, online banking, telephone banking, ATMs, social commitment and customer information.
