What is it?

Continuing with the advance in the implementation of the strategic model in the corporate segment, in 2013 we formed a new specialized unit within the area of Large Companies, Capital Markets, in order to take advantage of the possibilities presented by the non-bank debt market.

Why?

Environment

We are operating in a financial environment marked by a tightening of credit due to:

  • The progressive disappearance of entities
  • The new regulatory requirements for funds

Objective

Our objective is to take advantage of the growing interest of domestic and foreign institutional investors in the corporate debt of Spanish companies.

Consultancy

We focus on the consultancy of the whole structuring process and placement on the capital markets for specialized products:

  • corporate debt issues
  • syndicated loans
  • debt funds
  • structured asset financing products, etc.

We consult with our clients and provide different types of investments for the planning and optimization of their taxation.
