Once a claim has been filed with the Customer Service Department or the Customer Ombudsman, if the response is not satisfactory or a two month period has gone by since its presentation and the Customer has received no response, s/he will be able to forward it to the relevant Financial Supervisors depending on the matter that is being dealt with:
