Accessibility Guidelines

A number of measures have been taken in order to make the site more accessible. Some of them are mentioned below:

  • Logical order for the presentation of elements on the screen.
  • Simplified navigation system, no scroll-down menus are used.
  • Images with descriptive text.
  • The main options can be accessed through the keyboard.

Keyboard Shortcuts

The majority of browsers enable you to access directly specific links by pressing certain combinations of keys (access keys) as defined in the web.

For example, in Windows it works by pressing Alt + Access key (in Internet Explorer it is necessary to press the enter key also); in Macintosh, you should press Ctrl + Access key.

The following access keys can be found in our web:

  • 0 Accessibility.
  • 1 Home page.
  • 2 Skip navigation.
  • 3 Site map.
  • 4 Search.
  • 8 Legal notice.
  • 9 Contact us.

Links

Most links with a text not describing the complete destination have "title" attributes with an explanation.

When possible, links are written in a way that they also make sense out of context. Some browsers (such as JAWS, Home Page Reader, Lynx and Opera) can extract the list of links from the current page and allow the user to surf from that list.

There are no Javascript pseudo-links: All links can be used in any browser, even if Javascript is disabled.
